Order Placement & Payment
Please note that payments must be in advance or on delivery (for local delivery orders only), no goods will be delivered unless payment has been confirmed.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping Methods
Prices are calculated by weight and we use either Royal Mail or a private courier service depending on the package size and weight. Postage is standard Royal Mail first class post unless requested otherwise. All prices are for anywhere in the UK, but for Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland there will be a surcharge on courier items.
Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returned goods, and will reimburse all your costs if the items are being returned because of errors we have made. If items are being returned because you have changed your mind etc, then we will reimburse the costs that you have paid for the goods, less the handling and postage charges, PROVIDING that the goods are returned to us undamaged and in their original packaging. However please note that
No returns will be accepted without prior confirmation by email from Loki Pet Supplies.
All returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Damaged Goods
In the event of damaged goods being received, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, otherwise no claim can be considered as the goods will be considered to have been accepted by you. The item should be returned to Loki Pet Supplies within 14 days, please pack carefully to avoid further damage. You should obtain proof of postage.
Non receipt - please allow 7 - 10 working days for receipt of goods unless stated otherwise on the item description, in the event that you still have not received your items and have not been contacted by us. Please email and we will investigate.
The above do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
